How It Started
It all began with a pile of tomatillos.
During an especially good harvest season in 2021, Concepcion found herself with one too many tomatillos on her hands!
Eager to do something with the excess, Concepcion turned those tomatillos into batches of salsa, and handed them out to friends and community members.
The jars were a hit!
That extra bounty turned into the small business here today.
